I’ve been a Self employed Financial Planner & business entrepreneur here in Queensland for over 14 years. Before that I was a semi-professional AFL footballer, experiencing what a high level of dedication and commitment to a team sport was like while learning from great leaders.
Throughout my career I have had exposure to many diverse levels of people and ideas from many different industries and backgrounds and I believe i hold an excellent understanding of what works and what does not work in small business, so that you can benefit from my experience and ‘fast track’ what you do in yours.
In 2007, I had the honor of being awarded the youngest member of the prestige Millennium3 Galaxy of the Stars Top 10 Advisers Australia wide and that year I also won the Galaxy of the Stars MVP Adviser of the Year award. I have won now for the last 7 years running from 2007 through to 2013, for outstanding business success which has been a great achievement. In 2011, I won the Millennium3 Queensland Adviser of the Year and my company Finlife Advisers picking up the Best Practice award. Following this success 2014 has now seen me win the converted Innovation of the Year Award for my outstanding Wealth Club services I offer that has been unprecedented.
Now I don’t tell you these things to impress you. I tell you to “impress upon you” the type of work that we do from our successful office ideally located in beautiful James Street Burleigh Heads.
As a self employed business owner, I know what it looks like in the GOOD TIMES; I also know what it looks like in BAD TIMES. I’ve been working with, in and on businesses for over 14 years –and to great success!
So when I talk to you about business improvement & growth issues, I come from a place of real life ‘street smarts’ and not just theory or numbers so that I can ‘fast-track’ some quick wins.
I’m also very much a family man, being married and together with my beautiful wife Elly for over 10 years & adoring of to my two wonderful children, Jayden and Coco Ivy.
